Gaurs Group to Enter into Hospitality Industry; Will Invest Rs. 65 crores

Noida: One of the leading Real estate players, Gaurs Group is all set to expand its portfolio. The group is making its foray into the hospitality industry. With the aim to expand its domain in the hospitality industry, Gaurs Group will be investing approximately Rs. 65 crores by the end of this year.

The Group plans to make three hospitality properties across Ghaziabad and Greater Noida West having a total capacity of over 200 rooms to be developed in three properties.

Manoj Gaur, Managing Director, Gaurs Group saids, “Regions like Ghaziabad and Greater Noida West lack good hospitality properties. Since the areas have lot of opportunities so we are ready to grab them with both the hands and entering into the industry with three projects.”

He further added, “Gaurs have always had the knack to deliver quality products at the right place and these three projects would prove to be on the same lines.”

The company will be coming up with a 40 room property at Gaur Central Mall in RDC, Ghaziabad with an investment of Rs. 15 crores, whereas in Greater Noida West, it will develop a 70 room and 100 room hotel at Gaur City Club and Gaur City Mall with investment of Rs. 30 crores and Rs. 20 crores respectively. The properties in Greater Noida West are to be launched by the end of this year.

The properties to be developed would be of different genres and follow the patterns of Business Boutique Resorts offering 4 – Star Luxury. Currently the group plans to develop a chain of properties which later would be offered as franchise model.

Gaur also said, “We are confident that with this venture into the hospitality industry, we would set new benchmarks for ourselves and the industry together that would be possible through continuous investments in technology and service innovations.”

Notably, Gaurs is already developing a 240-acres township – Gaur City – in Greater Noida West where around 25,000 housing units are being developed and it is also developing a shopping mall in it which would involve Rs. 750 crore investment.
