Rudrabhishek Launches IPO on NSE; Offered 45,69,00 Equity Shares

New Delhi: Rudrabhishek Enterprises Limited (REPL), a Delhi-based Urban Development & Infrastructure Consultancy, offers wide-ranging, integrated solutions like Infrastructural Services, Urban Designing and planning, GIS, Building Designing Services and Project Management, launched their IPO on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday.

The company, in its stock market launch, offered 45,69,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 41/- each, which translated to an issue size of around Rs.18.73 crore. The issue was open for subscription from 29th June to 5th July 2018.

During the period, the issue was fully subscribed. The share is listed on the Emerge platform of the NSE. The lead managers were Khambatta Securities Ltd and Corporate Capital Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

The stock was listed on NSE on Friday i.e 13th July 2018. In a conference organized at IIC (India International Canter), REPL’s top management addressed the industry representatives and media persons.

Pradeep Misra (CMD-REPL) said, “The Company has orders worth more than Rs 210 crore in hand and the order book is growing. IPO funds will help us further expand our footprint across new infrastructure domains and new geographies.”

“We are a zero-debt company and have been paying 100% dividend for last 11 years,” he added.

The company is working on important government projects including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for All (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan & Himachal Pradesh), Smart City projects (Varanasi Smart City, Indore Smart City, Kanpur Smart City & Dehradun Smart City) and private projects including Paarth Aadyant and Arka (Lucknow), Navyug Smart City (Allahabad), TCDL (Shona). REPL works across levels (Regional, City & Zonal) with the Government of India.

Highlights of company’s financial performance in recent years

Restated revenue (standalone and consolidated) on December 31, 2017 (not annualised), March 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 were Rs.31.27 crs, 27.56 crs, 32.88 crs & 34.87 crs and Rs.34.44 crs, 33.00 crs, 37.36 crs & 38.44 crs, respectively.

Restated net worth (standalone and consolidated) on December 31, 2017 (not annualized), March 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 were Rs.32.69 crs, 29.41 crs, 25.95 crs & 21.32 crs and Rs.37.29 crs, 35.38 crs, 31.31 crs & 24.72 crs, respectively.

Earnings per Share, post-bonus issue (per restated standalone and consolidated) on December 31, 2017 (not annualized), March 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 were Rs.3.36, Rs.3.51, Rs.4.49 & Rs.3.98 and Rs.2.65, Rs.3.95, Rs.6.18 & Rs.4.80, respectively.

Net Asset Value per Share, post bonus-issue (per restated standalone and consolidated) on December 31, 2017 (not annualized), March 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 were Rs.27.78, Rs.24.99, Rs.22.04 & Rs.18.12 and Rs.31.68, Rs.30.06, Rs.26.60 & Rs.21, respectively.

Return on Net worth, post-bonus issue (per restated standalone and consolidated) on December 31, 2017 (not annualized), March 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015 were 12.09%, 14.06%, 20.39% & 21.94% and 8.38%, 13.13%, 23.23% & 22.87%, respectively.
